and daily practices of disattachments toward materials things and life accessories.
YATMANA
First stage of a VAIRAGYA. Yatmana is derived from a Sanskrit word that means Yat=(Connect with your inner), and Mana (Intellect). Practicing meditation for at least 10 minutes a day will help you to connect your intellect with the soul. Meditations help us to fight within ourselves and realize Anger, Ego, and selfishness. We are not in the habit of understanding our intellect through certain aspects of attachments we are busy wondering with our thoughts which is part of human nature. before wondering with your thoughts are on understanding behind it. We are so busy with material things around us that we forget the cause and the solutions. We need to put into the practice of self-realization to understand ourselves better rather than blaming others for mistakes. Realizing your potential, strengths, and weaknesses will guide you to yourself and the cause of your suffering will help you find your answers. At least try to find our true nature towards ourselves and our surroundings.
VYATIREKA
The second stage of vairagya is derived from Sanskrit which vyatireka means
(Logic) along with the word for example: If we know what our likes and dislikes the excessive wants and desires will be stable. Vyatireka teaches us about connecting with your intellect. Once we are habited in knowing about our likes, dislikes, what is pleasant and what is unpleasant. we are known for this basic aspect of our life but still, we sometimes fail to identify and realize the goodwill when we meet new people instead of learning new things we end up making comparisons. Being a (sadhaka) means being a seeker a leaner toward good or bad situations even though we have many lessons to learn from bad things we tend to ignore them. if we understand our intellect we are better enough to face the challenges and proceed with new responsibility.
EKENDRIYAYA
The third stage of vairagya. Ekendriya is derived from the Sanskrit word. The sense of an that has the power to get rich by suffering from struggle or to die as poor depending upon your (mana) mind. Yes agree that we all face tough situations and difficulties in our lives and it is a part of our lives we need to accept our mistakes and try to improve ourselves instead of making things worse. We should learn to be alone rather than expecting anything from anyone and being dependent on anyone. We can't stay alone cause of our attachment to certain things and being dependent on somebody which causes the self-suffering we are used to and making it a habit of forgiveness, spreading joy, contentment, and compassion towards others will lead to self-acceptance and self-awareness. Discard the senses of Anger, Ego, and Selfishness.

When we know what is exact purpose of our life is. then it helps to restrain attachments and excessive desires towards materialistic things.
